All k2 goods are made from high quality full-grain leather. We select the highest-grade hides, because the character of good leather underlines the quality of design, and it is the most important decision for the subsequent quality of our products.
A major focus in our design and supply chain process lies on sustainability. Our leathers are sustain-ably sourced and the products are made-to-last so that we minimise the impact on our environment.
Our products are covered for one or two years against manufacturing defects from the day of purchase. The warranty covers issues in craftsmanship and materials and doesn’t apply to normal wear-and-tear and natural variation in leather. To put it simply, you should try to use your K2 product with care i.e. do not over load it with cards or items beyond its capacity as it can stress out materials and stitching, and no one wants that. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.

K2 men's wallets have a slim profile and are "made to last". We design our wallets to have the best balance of thinness, material craftsmanship and durability. They are not the slimmest.
The natural characteristic of leather is that it softens up over time and adapts to the use. Thus, as the leather settles in on its folds and seams, the wallet will become even slimmer.
One could (theoretically) make a slimmer wallet by putting a cling wrap around cards or sticking items together using Blue Tack, but that would not last long.

Shipping is free on all orders to AUS and NZ. Our shipping is handled through AusPost or DHL.
We want you to have your new k2 as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
Delivery takes between 2-6 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Your satisfaction is great value to us. We have a tight quality control process (and we spend a lot of time improving it!) however as we are mostly humans (while some of us are robots), mistakes can happen.
If we have sent you a defective product or you have not received what you had ordered, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund (including the shipping cost!).
If you have had a change of heart (or mind) and would like to return an item, we will still offer a full refund however the return shipping cost would not be covered. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Orders & Payment
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and all major payment mechanisms. All transactions are in Australian Dollars. All payments made on www.karakoram2.com.au are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.
If you have placed an order and wish to add additional items to it, simply drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll do what we can to assist.
Please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the shipment of your order (usually you receive an email confirming the shipment) and we would be able to halt the shipment and would cancel the order. If you email us after your order has been shipped, it would be treated as a return (under our return policy).
If your order didn’t arrive within the maximum allowable lead time, simply drop us a line with your order details at email@example.com. We would investigate the issue and ship out a replacement accordingly.
